Canapés & Early Reception

The soloist/duo/trio will play up to 3 x live acoustic sets over canapés and dinner, and play beautiful music via Spotify through the speakers while taking a short break, ensuring that there is music in the air at all times. Your artist/s will also coordinate your bridal party entrance song/s (via DJ).

While live song requests are not included for this part of the package, the artist/s will select songs from their repertoire that fit the vibe of the evening.

Later Reception

In most cases, one of your acoustic artists will also be your DJ for the night. They will have the DJ equipment set up in the main reception area and will play your bridal party entrance song/s.

DJ mode will kick off from first dance onwards to get the dance floor pumping, and your DJ will coordinate the music for any formalities you decide to do (first dance, parental dance, cake cutting, etc.).

You can guide the DJ as much or as little as you like, and song requests are always welcome.

Package incudes:

 

    • Any ceremony music or ceremony audio production

    • Extended travel (surcharge applies)

    • Rehearsal attendance

    • Song Learning

    • First dance live

    • Live songs for key moment during reception (bridal party entrance, first dance etc.) – DJ only

    • Live music during later reception (DJ only)

    • Any MC role or requirements

    • Full DJ lighting rig (basic fairy lights only)

    • Any package at a location over 2.5 hours from Sydney will incur a further accommodation and travel surcharge of $200 per person.

    • The price outlined above includes a booking up to 11pm only. Any additional time after 11pm will incur a surcharge of $150 per 30 minutes, per person.

    • Add sax to any package for the DJ set or the acoustic set (either or) - $800+GST.

    • The duo/trio can be any of the musicians featured on our artists page if they're available. (Availability of our artists change on a daily basis. We send out fresh availability requests once we get confirmation that you're happy with the package and would like to proceed to the next step.)

    • All artists on our artists page are able to facilitate the Acoustic + DJ Wedding Package as outlined; however, you cannot mix and match artists.

    • Some of our artists are classified as premium and come at premium pricing – more details in email.
