I'll be getting in touch with you via email about six weeks prior to your wedding date so we can start nutting out all the details for your special day. No need to do anything before then (I got you!); just giving you a heads up on what to expect:

I will send you a blank artist brief to fill out, which basically covers all the information we'll need from you and guides you through the process. It is a live Google document, so you can take your time filling it out. I will provide a deadline date (which will be approx. 10-14 days before the big day), and the document will be locked for editing on that day, meticulously reviewed by our team, and then sent out to your artist/s the Friday before the big day. So all you have to do is make sure all the final info is in the document by the deadline date and we'll be golden. Easy peasy!
