The Daytime Wedding Package is an acoustic soloist, duo or trio for up to five hours of your wedding day. The Daytime Wedding Package is ideal for long-lunch style weddings.

Ceremony

Your artist/s will play beautiful instrumental music as guests arrive, then play live acoustic versions of your three chosen songs during your ceremony (down the aisle, signing of the register, and celebration/back up the aisle).

Song learning
The package includes song learning for 3 x ceremony songs to be played live on the day, but you can also opt to have the original versions played via Spotify for any of these moments, it’s up to you!

Canapés / early reception

Often with long-lunch style weddings, there is no distinctive ‘canapés’ time; they typically roll straight into a long reception post-ceremony. No matter the flow of your day, the soloist/duo/trio will play up to 2 x live acoustic sets during canapés/early reception and play beautiful music via Spotify through the speakers while taking a short break, ensuring that there is music in the air at all times. Your artist/s will also coordinate your bridal party entrance song/s (via Spotify).

While live song requests are not included for this part of the package, the artist/s will select songs from their repertoire that fit the vibe of the evening.

Reception

You can either choose for your artist/s to continue playing acoustically for the later part of your day (up to 2 x additional sets), or they can switch to DJ mode to get people up and dancing – the choice is yours!

If you opt for DJ, you can guide the DJ as much or as little as you like, and song requests are always welcome.

Package incudes:

 

    • Audio production for the celebrant

    • Extended travel (surcharge applies)

    • Rehearsal attendance

    • Live vocals prior to the ceremony (instrumental only)

    • Pre-recording of ceremony song/s

    • Additional song learning beyond 3 x ceremony songs

    • Live songs for key moment during reception (bridal party entrance, first dance etc.) – Spotify/DJ only

    • Any MC role or requirements

    • Full DJ lighting rig (basic fairy lights only)

    • Any package at a location over 2.5 hours from Sydney (for NSW bookings) and 2.5 hours from Hobart CBD (Tas bookings) will incur a further accommodation and travel surcharge of $200 per person.

    • The price outlined above includes a booking up to 5 hours only. Any additional time over 5 hours will incur a surcharge of $200 per hour, per person.

    • The duo/trio can be any of the musicians featured on our artists page if they're available. (Availability of our artists change on a daily basis. We send out fresh availability requests once we get confirmation that you're happy with the package and would like to proceed to the next step.)

    • All artists on our artists page are able to facilitate the Daytime Wedding Package as outlined; however, you cannot mix and match artists.

    • Some of our artists are classified as premium and come at premium pricing – more details in email.

  • SAX: Add sax to any package - $800+GST. Sax bookings are max 3 hours.

  • SAX: Add sax (Excluding GUS LEIGHTON) to any package for either the DJ sets (late reception/dance floor) OR the acoustic sets (canapés & early reception) - $800+GST. Sax bookings are max 3 hours.

    GUS (premium sax): Add Gus on sax to any package for the DJ set or the acoustic set (either or) - $1200+GST for up to 3 hours.

    CELEBRANT AUDIO PRODUCTION: Add a portable PA system and wireless mic for your celebrant for $140+GST. Please note, we are unable to facilitate this add-on for NSW bookings.

    DJ LIGHTING RIG: Our standard packages come with basic fairy lights only, but you can add a full DJ lighting rig for $180+GST. Please note, we are unable to facilitate this add-on for NSW bookings.
